BAPTISM - Baptism is celebrated on the second and fourth Sundays of the month. Parents should be registered parishioners for at least six months. Participation in the instruction program is required. For information, click here. Adults seeking Baptism should contact the Director of Religious Education for participation in the Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults (RCIA).
CONFIRMATION - High school students and adults participate in a program of instruction for the Sacrament of Confirmation. High School students are invited to participate in a year-long program on Sunday mornings. Click here for more info. Adults are invited to participate in the RCIA program. EUCHARIST - Parishioners of school age children wishing to celebrate their First Communion will be referred to the appropriate parish formation and education program. Adults will be prepared through the RCIA program. Please call the Director of Religious Education to register.
MATRIMONY - Couples wanting to marry at the Basilica must contact the office at least six months prior to the intended date. At least one of the individuals must be Catholic and both must be free to marry in the Church. In order to qualify for the parishioner rate, at least one of the parties should be registered and active for at least one year before requesting a date. For further info, click here.
RECONCILIATION - Confessions are heard weekly at 3:00pm on Saturday afternoons and after the morning Mass on weekdays. Special times are announced for parish penance services during Advent and Lent. For necessary preparation for one’s first confession, contact the Director of Religious Education.
ANOINTING OF THE SICK -
